hello lovely,

we participated in the 54hr film festival a few weeks ago. it was the first time most of our team had ever done a film festival. we got lucky and drew the genre we wanted first pick: film noir. i got to live out my dream of being the femme fatale. we won 4 awards: best score, best wardrobe, best production design, & best use of prop.  the elements we had to use were :

hope you enjoyed it! we had a great time. i think we will do it again.

The Clinch River Antique Festival 2011

hello lovely,

this saturday i went to the Clinch River Antique Festival in historic downtown Clinton. The weather was perfect and the selection was wonderful as always. bringing a larger group this year was fun. we would break off into smaller groups and meet up along the way. everyone went home with great finds. i think i may have spent a bit too much, but it is only twice a year, so that is okay. here are some pictures. i didn't take too many because my hands were full of loot! 

tomorrow i work late, but if i have enough time i'll post some very special pictures of a very beautiful bride... hint: it isn't me.
