one of mice and birds' best customers introduced me to this baking trick. When you buy a box cake mix instead of adding oil and eggs you add one can of soda. For this recipe i didn't have a can, instead i used 1 1/2 cups of sierra mist free. the cake came out light and moist :) i also added just a hint of mint to my frosting to give it a cool mint flavor. very tasty!

can of sierra mist free (or 1 1/2 cups)
